Reviewing alternatives

Was just looking through a good number of findings, court information briefs, etc.

A good deal has gone into putting us into that group that cannot ever get away. not saying this is a good or bad thing looking at various people. If you are an active offender, or one that constantly tries to find ways to offend then I say hell yes, the laws should be tough on you. You should be watched, and checked as often as law officers can. My biggest issue is this, those of us that realized our crimes, and realized the impact that we had. The reformed offenders need some sort of recourse.

I know I know, those that hate us scream there is no such thing as a reformed offender, but I beg to differ, and the reports and statistics do not lie. Those of us that do not want to re-offend and harm others again have no recourse, even those that were dismissed from the system, and in any other instance would have been off on their merry ways as American citizens. This is troubling, not only for me personally, but to think about others and their situations is even more troubling.

My thoughts on this are varied, and to be honest rather jumbled up. As a father, I say that yes sxual offenders should be tracked. however I must also say that in fairness, those that were not convicted and were dismissed should be at least given a second chance.

I don;t know. it is all too troubling. We, the hated, are stuck in between unconstitutional items. Congress got around the constitutionality by making things Civil rather than Criminal, however there are criminal penalties if you violate your registration.. hmm, will have to think about that.
