A Franklin High School senior faces expulsion for the rest of the year and possibly even criminal charges for sending a pornographic picture to everyone in his school.

The picture is supposed to be of a man's penal member. Although I would find it tasteless, A man's penis by itself is NOT pornographic. It might be a law that sending it to children can get you in trouble, but the image of a man's reproductive organ is NOT pornographic. If this is the case, then every text book that covers the reproductive system needs to be banned, and the publishers should be fined for the same crime.

And please don't give me the ' it depends on the environment' argument. I say HORSESHIT. Yeah, it was probably offensive to view out of nowhere some dude's crank, but when is it the human body is obscene on its own? If this is the case, then women should not be able to go topless in South Beach. There should be no breastfeeding in public.

Now, now, I am NOT saying that is the way it should be, I am simply stating that if you are going to call the human body obscene, then we should mandate that ALL of the human body is obscene.
