Yet Another Innocent caught in the Witch Hunt..

Be Proud America, you put a man in Prison for over 20 years because of your witch hunt. He needs to sue the 'victim' and everyone that came against him.

Ernest Sonnier was 23 when he was arrested and charged with rape and kidnapping. He was taken in handcuffs from his Houston home and didn’t leave prison for another 23 years.

A week and a half ago, at the age of 46, Sonnier was freed after essentially being told by prosecutors, sorry – but we now inform you that DNA evidence we’ve just gotten around to checking indicates you did not commit this crime...

When you say "YOU put him in jail", who exactly are you refering to?

And if it's America in general, shouldn't it be WE put him in jail?

In either case, this is a very sad story. Obviously this man's life is ruined. Hopefully he can return to sometype of normalcy and have a great 40+ more years.

When I say 'YOU" put him in Jail, I mean just that. I didn't do it. 'You' being a generalization of anyone or any thing that blindly follows this bandwagon called Registry and believes this is the best thing to do to 'help' a victim, to 'punish' an offender. It is becoming old hat.

If a person, no matter whom, goes in front of a court on a sex related offense they will be found guilty 97% of the time. Very rarely does someone get a truthful trial when it comes to a sex offense.

This is not saying that most go in front of a jury or judge are not guilty, however the facts are always skewed, and information that would come to light about the issue at hand might be brought out.

Sometimes 'He hit me over the head and assaulted me' is actually ' We were having drinks, and I came on to him like a drunken prom date and didn;t say no until AFTER we were finished' or ' I was using my sister's ID, and things happened..' Don't be fooled, America has been lied to on the majority of us, and it is evident when you see things like this...

I have no doubt that if Americans in general were not being lied to about the majority of sex offenders, then trials WOULD find the guilty from the innocent and there wouldn't be 20 years for this man, nor any others, including someone like Tim Cole.

Examples of this are everyday found in news articles. "Man arrested for sexually assaulting a teen cheerleader', et. al. He wasn't arrested for that. He was arrested for suspicion of it. But Even news papers and stations today know that SO's are so disliked, they can print anything they want about the 'crimes' and get away with it.
